Springtime Chicken Recipe (fitnessmagazine)
CHICKEN
8oz low fat plain yogurt
3Tbs balsamic vinegar
8 thin-cut boneless, skinless chicken-breast halves (1.5lbs about)
*Marinate for at least 1 hour and throw on a skillet!
