OUR FAVORITE BREAKFAST PANCAKE RECIPE!

This one has definitely stuck around...alter your amounts and ingredients to best suit your taste -- but overall it's a healthy alternative to the average pancake, gives you great nutritional benefits and best of all -- TASTES GREAT!

Ingredients & Benefits:

  • Oatmeal (old fashioned rolled oats) - good carbs, fiber
  • Egg whites - good protein
  • Whey protein powder (chocolate is great!)
  • Ground flax seed - omega's
  • Dutch cocoa powder - good flavor
  • Stevia - no calorie sweetner
  • Cinammon - mood

Mix and fry like a pancake!
